Mylor Mooring Services Ltd holds the following data about customers because we provide the customer with a service: - customer name, boat name, mooring number, mooring location, boat type/size, address, home telephone, work telephone, mobile telephone and email address.  

We use this information to communicate with you about the services we can provide for your mooring and to send out invoices for any work done. We do not sell or pass on your personal data for marketing purposes to any 3rd parties. 

We reserve the right to share mooring, finance details and mooring holders' details with relevant harbour/mooring authorities and associations, boating associations, council representatives and management companies in the interests of safety and for financial management purposes. This undertaken on the basis that either it is necessary for us to perform our contract with a customer, comply with a legal obligation and/or for the purposes of legitimate interests under Article 6 of UKGDPR. 

Similarly, we handle personal data of individuals working at commercial companies for which we provide services and use this data to communicate with them in the course of our provision of services to our commercial clients and suppliers.
